Information we use

We collect order details such as your name, phone, email, delivery address, items, payment status and transaction reference to process your purchase, provide support and prevent fraud. Your browser stores cart details locally. Essential session cookies support checkout and admin security.

Payments and service providers

Payments are handled by the selected payment provider through our Payment Hub. We do not store card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs. Necessary information may be shared with hosting, payment, courier and email providers to fulfil your order. PIN-code lookup sends the entered PIN to our postal lookup provider to suggest a city and state.

Analytics and advertising

If enabled by the store owner, Google Analytics, Google Ads or Google Tag Manager may process browser, device and purchase-event data using cookies or similar technologies. Browser privacy controls may limit this processing. We do not sell customer contact details.

Retention and requests

We retain records for order fulfilment, accounting, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations, then remove or anonymise them when no longer needed. Contact support@clothistha.com to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable retention requirements. We take reasonable security measures; no online system can guarantee absolute security.
