Request a return

Contact support@clothistha.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, include clear photos and contact us within 48 hours where possible. This reporting window does not remove applicable consumer rights.

Approval and collection

Please obtain return instructions before sending an item. We cover return shipping for confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries. For a size exchange or change of mind, any return shipping cost is communicated before approval. Three-piece combos must be returned as the full set.

Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days. Online payments are refunded to the original method. For COD, our team will securely request bank or UPI details; we never ask for a UPI PIN or OTP. Shipping charges are refunded where required or where our error caused the return.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation before dispatch. If already shipped, contact support for available return options. We may cancel orders due to payment failure, address issues or unavailable products and refund any amount collected. Clearance pricing does not exclude remedies for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
